Over the past several days I have struggle to find out why my Officejet printer would not installing on my Desktop computer. I have the printer installed on my laptop and it works just fine. The HP doctor software, the basic driver software, and the full version of the software would not install the driver. The software would detect the printer, but the driver would not install.
